Thanks Clean Mama!!

I’m so exited.  Clean Mama and Merry Maids had a giveaway a few weeks ago.  (If you haven't visited clean mama you should.  She has great printables and cleaning tips)They were giving away gift cards to various places.  I was shocked when I got an e-mail saying I won the $150 pier 1 gift card!!!!   just received it in the mail the other day and can’t wait to go shopping.  I really need some baskets to hold my recipe books in the new cabinet I just got at IKEA for my kitchen.

I already have three of these baskets painted black.  I use them to organize all the paperwork for myself, husband, and kids on shelves

The problem is that the shelf is deeper than my smaller cookbooks so I pull them forward but then I have a lot of wasted space.  Plus they get pushed back and then fall over when I pull a couple out.  If I had a basket to put them in I could pull the basket out and then still have more storage behind.  I’m leaning towards these styles . . . . maybe painted black to match the others though. . . .


What do you think?  Any suggestions that may work better?
